Once getting the FREE RETURN LABEL and instructions, please pack your items carefully and send your return package to the nearest USPS. Send your return tracking number or a picture of a return receipt to our customer service team. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.

We will deliver your order to your home directly. So please put in the correct shipping address where you are convenient to get the parcel. Our processing time is usually 2-3 business days from the time you place your order. Please allow 4-8 business days within the US (USPS will take care the rest).
Once we have shipped out your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a USPS tracking number. Click the tracking number to link to the order's shipment status. However, USPS can take a few hours from the point of scanning in the package for it to update online. Then please wait for a bit to have your tracking number available.
